Privacy policy

This policy explains what MeetBrokers by NextGen Code ("MeetBrokers", "we") collects, why, and who receives it. It is written to be read.

What we collect

• Requests you send to an agent. Name, phone number, email if you provide it, ZIP code and state, the coverage you are interested in, any message you write, the agent you chose, the page you sent it from, and the time and text of the consent you gave.
• Site usage. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). We do not use advertising trackers.
• Anti-spam checks. A bot-detection service may process your IP address and browser signals when you submit a form.

Who receives your request

Exactly one licensed insurance agent: the one named on the form when you confirmed. The request is delivered through LeadGPT, our parent company's platform that the agent uses to manage their clients. If no listed agent is licensed in your state, your request goes to our licensed partner team, who will connect you with an agent licensed in your state. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other lead companies.

Contact and consent

When you check the consent box, you agree that the named agent may contact you by phone, text, or email, including with automated technology, about insurance options. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by telling the agent, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept as long as needed to deliver and support the request and to meet insurance record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

• Email hello@meetbrokers.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
• Residents of states with privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) may have additional rights to know, delete, and opt out. Use the same address; we honor these requests without discrimination.
• We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because we do not track you across other sites.

Children

MeetBrokers is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
